Stella Stays is a proptech company that operates branded, fully furnished residences for stays of a night to a year, built around a single idea it calls Show Up and Start Living. Founded in 2019 and operating in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Canada, it opened its first Riyadh property, Stella Stays Olaya Tower, in June 2022 and has since welcomed more than 100,000 guests in the city, with its third and fourth Riyadh towers adding 162 further units. Every apartment is designed, equipped and tech-enabled by Stella Stays, and the whole stay runs through its own app: booking, check-in, smart-home control of lighting, temperature and security, housekeeping and maintenance requests, and concierge services. Buildings add co-working space and recreational and community amenities, which makes the model particularly suited to business travellers, relocating professionals and companies housing teams in the Kingdom. For owners and developers it operates under master leases or profit-sharing agreements, with proprietary analytics behind property selection and management. Stella Stays is a venue partner of the Canadian Business Network. It hosted the CBN Investor Reception on the opening night of LEAP 2026 at its Al Malqa rooftop and opened its own LEAP rooftop night to CBN members two days later. Its founder and chief executive, Mohannad Zikra, is a long-standing friend of the network.
